We strive to prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible so customers can begin their skincare journey without unnecessary delays.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or major holidays.

Delivery Time
Most customers receive their orders within approximately 2–5 business days after shipment.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control.
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates
Orders under $190 are subject to a $5 shipping fee.
Orders of $190 or more qualify for free shipping within the United States.
Shipping rates and promotions are subject to change without notice.

Order Tracking
Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.
Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information provided and following the shipment’s progress.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming that all shipping information is accurate before submitting an order.
Shanni’s Skincare is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.
Shanni’s Skincare is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather conditions, holidays, operational disruptions, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If a package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment and determine an appropriate resolution.
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers should first contact the carrier and check with household members, neighbors, building management, or mail facilities.
Each situation will be reviewed individually. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist, replacement products or refunds are not guaranteed for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Shipments
If a package arrives damaged, leaking, or otherwise compromised during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
* Your order number
* Photos of the product
* Photos of the packaging
* Photos of any visible damage
We will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted as soon as possible after purchase.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.
