Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Unopened and unused products may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

* The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
* The original seal, if applicable, must remain intact.
* The return request must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
* Proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

* Opened products
* Used products
* Products with broken or removed seals
* Products that have been altered, damaged, or improperly stored after delivery
* Promotional items, free gifts, or complimentary products

Once a product has been opened or used, it is considered accepted by the customer and is not eligible for return or refund.

Personalized Skincare Recommendations

Shanni’s Skincare provides personalized skincare recommendations based on the information, photographs, and history voluntarily provided by each customer.

Individual results vary and depend on many factors, including but not limited to:

* Skin type and condition
* Consistency of product use
* Compliance with usage instructions
* Lifestyle factors
* Hormonal influences
* Medications
* Environmental factors
* Previous skincare treatments

Because skincare results differ from person to person, refunds will not be issued based on:

* Dissatisfaction with results
* Lack of visible improvement within a specific timeframe
* Personal expectations regarding the speed or degree of improvement
* Temporary purging, irritation, dryness, peeling, redness, or adjustment reactions
* Worsening of existing skin conditions during the treatment process
* A decision to discontinue use before completing the recommended treatment period

No specific skincare results are promised or guaranteed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, defective, or different from what was ordered, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.

Please include:

* Your order number
* Photos of the product
* Photos of the packaging
* A brief description of the issue

After review, we may provide a replacement product, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

If the error was made by Shanni’s Skincare, any replacement shipping costs will be covered by us.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
